1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final
All tickets purchased for events organized by Ears and Eyes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are unable to attend the event, no refunds or credits will be issued.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the Organizer, you will be entitled to a refund under the following conditions: - Rescheduled Event: If the event is postponed, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you must request a refund via email within 14 days of the postponement announcement. - Canceled Event: If the event is canceled entirely, a full refund of the ticket face value will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Booking fees may be non-refundable.
